Problem solved I tried this several times and it still isn't working for me. Uninstalled exactly as outlined in the instructions, restarted, downloaded again, and nothing. My internet is working fine, and I don't have any firewalls put up. This is so frustrating. It was working just fine for weeks prior to this.
